Chef David loves to teach people how to use simple techniques and whole foods to create deliciously different dishes that are both nourishing and tasty. Class sizes vary from 6 students for a close-knit demonstration to as large as 40 for a more formal class. Classes generally take place on Wednesdays or Fridays and run about 1.5-2 hours long. The price of the classes are $40/person for classes of up to 15 students, and $30/person for classes larger than 15.
