Le Petit Whisk specializes in French pastries. We provide catering and baking classes for individuals and groups . Susanne Carpenter, owner and head pastry chef, was born and raised in New Hampshire. After a decade in the software industry post-college, she changed gears to follow her passion for baking.
David Chan is a trained chef and culinary coach. He is committed to helping people fall in love with true food, whether through his own cooking or by teaching others to cook for themselves. Chef David has a gift for making simple foods taste flavorful and has a passion for turning healthy ingredients into tasty ones. He is especially excited to help others learn to do the same for themselves.
Kelli Mckoy the Owner/Executive chef of First Bite Catering, found her passion for food at a young age. She grew up in a big Jamaican family, who enjoyed spice filled family meals. Kelli enjoyed the aromas and amazing feelings that lingered about whenever her family would be celebrating with food.
