Susanne attended the Professional Pastry Chef’s Diploma program at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, studying under Master Pastry Chef Delphin Gomes. She specializes in French pastry and loves to teach others the art and science of creating beautiful and delicious pastries of all types.
Classes are a maximum of 12 people as they are very hands-on and Susanne wants to be able to help and instruct every participant as needed. Most classes are “standalone” and run 3 hours, though she anticipates running some series of “themed” classes as well. The price for most 3-hour classes is $60/person. In addition to learning how to make some beautiful and “Wow!” factor pastries, you get to eat them during the class and also have enough to take home!

Brunch Pastries: Scones, Muffins, and Madeleines
